Is it a print or a poster?
The prints we carry are produced using either the lithographic or serigraphic printing process, and are printed on high quality archival acid free paper.
While posters are normally produced using much lower quality inks and are printed on thin high gloss stock.
While there are many great, cheap ink cartridges out there, the quality of the ink and paper we use partnered together is unbeatable.
We do carry a selection of entertainment posters, such as posters of rock bands and TV shows, which are of standard poster quality; however these are clearly marked as "Wall Posters" and not as "Fine-art Prints".
We guarantee that you will be very pleased with the quality of our products or your money back.

Will the print look just like the online image?
We go to great lengths to ensure that our online images accurately represent the actual prints.
The actual prints look much better in person than they do online, as it is hard to capture the detail and depth of vibrant colors with online images.
We do understand that you may be trying to match a print to colors in a room, and it is sometimes difficult to determine the exact shades of colors on your computer monitor.
Therefore, if you receive the artwork and the colors, or anything else about it, are not right we will gladly accept the item as a return and refund your money.

Do I have to order online?
No. You can order by telephone by calling our toll-free number, 541-708-1033 (Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm PDT).

Will my online transaction be safe?
We guarantee that your online transaction will be 100% safe.
This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at PosterPal.com.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.
If your bank does hold you liable for any of this, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00.
We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your own, from purchases made while ordering online.

All data entered by our customers is protected using secure server software commonly known as SSL or "Secure Socket Layer" encryption.
We feel that taking extreme measures to produce confidence in online purchasing is well worth the time and investment.


Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically require 1 to 3 days to process your order.
Most artwork is processed within 24 hours.
To know how long it will take to process the items you are ordering, see the statement on the artwork page and in the shopping cart where it reads "Usually ships".
Once the item ships, it will take 1-5 business days to arrive via ground shipping depending on your location.
If you are located outside of the continental US, your order will be shipped via Airmail and will take 3-14 business days to arrive.

What if I want my order to arrive faster?
If you would like expedited shipping and processing please call us at 541-708-1033. Extra shipping cost will apply.

How will my item be packaged?
We take extreme care in packaging your order.
Every print order is wrapped in heavy stock paper, and then is placed in a very durable cardboard shipping tube for protection.
Every Framed item is shipped in our lab-tested secure packaging to ensure that it will arrive undamaged, even when subjected to the most severe conditions.
However, if your item arrives in less then 100% condition we will replace it at no charge.

How will my item be shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Your orders can be tracked by using FedEx's website at www.fedex.com/.

What if my item is damaged upon arrival? If your artwork arrives damaged we will ship you a replacement at no cost.

International import duties
Our international shipping charge does not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country.
If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment.


Return Policy

How do we handle returns?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can ship the item(s) back to us with in 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges.
When shipping your return you must insure the piece for the full purchase price.
If the piece is damaged in transit to us, and there is no shipping insurance, we will not be able to grant a full refund.
Please include your order number, your name, address, and phone number with your return.

How do we handle damages?
If your artwork arrives damaged we will ship you a replacement at no cost.
If the packaging was damaged in transit, we ask that you keep the damaged print and packaging for 30 days as our shipping vendor may need to inspect the item for insurance purposes.
If the outer packaging is not damaged but the print inside is damaged, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label which you can use to return the damaged products to us.
